Ever since I was a little boy I have loved music. I especially loved to sing. I grew up on listening to all the great music of the 50's and 60's. Country, Rock N' Roll, Rhythm and Blues, Blue Grass and especially Elvis Presley. I would listen and sing along to my little transistor radio for hours on end. Music was my escape into a world where anything was possible. When I was a little boy our family dog had a litter of puppies and half of them didn't make it. I remember sitting on the couch crying my eyes out as they passed one by one. Then on my little radio, Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons came on singing their hit "You're Just To Good to Be True". As I sang along I imagined myself singing this song to each of the poor little pups and through the magic of the music they would each come back to life. That's how powerful music was to me. Oh, to be that naive little boy again.
I am currently looking for work as a lead or back-up singer although I will gladly entertain all offers. On August 1st, 2019 I recorded my first album. A mixture of classic country and rock and roll ranging from the 60's to the early 90's. Please feel free to listen to each and every song. I hope you enjoy my music.
A sampling of some of my favorite songs
On September 7th 2019 I had the honor and privilege of singing back-up for Patrick Johnson who has an Elvis Presley tribute show called "Memories of Elvis". To make things even better I shared the stage with The David Fontana Band. They are an incredibly talented band. David's father was D.J. Fontana who was Elvis Presley's personal drummer for 14 years. The lovely lady is Tina Stein, Manager of LS Entertainment Group and a great singer in her own right. The show was at the historic Holly Theater in Dahlonega Georgia.
Feel free to use the form below to tell me what you think. I am always looking for ways to better myself. Good, bad or indifferent I would appreciate hearing from you.
